Fenway Porchfest is Back!

Music everywhere, porches optional.

With more than 80 performers in 25+ iconic Fenway locations, Fenway Porchfest is back and better than ever in 2022.

Now in its third year, Fenway Porchfest draws musicians from Boston Symphony Orchestra, Berklee College of Music, and New England Conservatory to musicians and performers from the neighborhood and beyond.

The Green at 401 Park

12:00 – 4:30PM: Red Shaydez Presents: The Aura Takeover

Hip-Hop

The Boston-native powerhouse (with roots in Georgia and Jamaica) is a Boston Music Award winning hip-hop artist, professional video producer, public speaker, educator, and youth mentor.

The Verb Hotel

12:00 – 1:30 PM: Jabbering Trout

Pop/Rock

A national indy touring band in the 90s and 00s, Jabbering Trout opened for acts like Aerosmith, Dave Matthews, and Ani Difranco.

1:30 – 3:00 PM: Lankey and The Fens

Rock/Pop

Long live The Fens! This veteran Fenway-based music collective is fearlessly led by local musician and community leader, David Lank.

3:00 – 4:30 PM: Bridgeside Cypher

Hip-Hop/Rap

This network of rappers will break it down together by free-styling in an improvised circle format.

12:00 – 1:30 PM: Knot Art/Sam Boyles

Rock/Folk/Pop

Music maker, cake baker, and salt shaker drinking aromatic teas.

Soulful Ballads

Susanna McCarthy is an 18-year old musician spreading the power of music!

LG Sai is a local Boston act specializing in original and collaborative lyrical composition and music production ranging from edgy to whimsical to romance.

1:30 – 3:00 PM: Oji Collective

Hip-Hop/Rock/Jazz

Oji Collective is an independent Boston-based record label—whose name translates to Black Collective—striving to tell the stories of our neighborhoods.

3:00 – 4:30 PM: Lou Bands

Rap

This self-made, record label-owned (Bando E.N.T, LLC) rapper from Boston has a dream to support and grow with others in his journey.

12:00 – 1:30 PM: 21 Grams More

Blues/Rock

The sound of 21 Grams More is a roots rock revival largely derived from blues rock, but incorporating elements of boogie, soul, funk and country. 21 Grams More combines the old, and creates something new.

1:30 – 3:00 PM: Loose Pockets

Rock/Pop/Country

This collective of Berklee College of Music students possesses a passion for rock and country music.

3:00 – 4:30 PM: Broken Vanity

Hip Hop/Punk Rock

This fun and energetic hip hop punk rock group hails from Dorchester!

Sweet Cheeks Q

1:30 – 3:00 PM: Bob Greenman

Americana/Honky Tonk/Blues

Bob Greenman’s melodies and rhythms draw listeners into a space of literal to subtle commentaries on society, the environment and working-class life. He also crafts edgy (sometimes quirky) songs about life and love.

3:00 – 4:30 PM: Henry McIntyre

Indie Folk/Pop

This self proclaimed “long lost emo Beatle” mixes catchy melodic choruses with confessional lyrics. His sound draws to mind artists such as Elliott Smith, the Cure, and the La’s.

Fenway Porchfest is a partnership of the Fenway Community Development OrganizationFenway Civic Association, and Fenway Alliance.

NOTE: Parking can be limited in The Fenway. We encourage those who can to use public transportation. The Fenway is serviced by the MBTA Green and Orange lines and bus service—(Green lines E on Huntington Ave; C line at Hynes Convention stop on Mass Ave, and D line at Fenway Park stop; the 39 Bus travels Huntington Ave).
