Free Boston Family Days the Gardner Museum

Join the Fun at One of Boston’s Most Enchanting Cultural Venues

Mark your calendar for an unforgettable date with the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. For the first two Sundays of each month, Boston school-aged students and two guests can gain free admission to participating institutions each month by showing their Program Pass.  

Join the Gardner Museum on Sunday, March 1 & 8, 2026, from 10am-5 pm.

Tickets are not required, but advanced reservations are recommended. For participating institutions, just show your Program Pass at the door, and other visitors can purchase tickets here.

How to participate

To participate in Boston Family Days, families must sign up directly with the City. Children currently attending a Boston Public School or Boston Pre-K, will be automatically enrolled in this program. BPS families will receive their Boston Family Days passes via email directly from BPS.
