About The Hays Experiment

The Hays Experiment is a dynamic blues cover band led by guitarist and singer Cyrus Hays. The Hays Experiment continues to curate a large fanbase by turning crowd favorite pop hits such as “Diamonds” by Rihanna into memorable blues arrangements that pay homage to the great blues artists such as Albert King and Joe Bonamassa. From rock and pop to blues and funk, The Hays Experiment puts their unique spin on every song, curating and electrifying experiences that everyone can enjoy.

Born and raised in New York City, Cyrus Hays has been captivating fans all over the East Coast, performing at iconic venues such as Mercury Lounge and Berlin Under A. The band recently played their biggest show at the Berklee Performance Center.
