Fit in The Fenway Summer 2021 Season Kicks Off

It’s okay to sweat the small stuff when you’re bouncing on a mini trampoline. Fit in The Fenway is back for the 2021 season, featuring your favorite curated outdoor workouts that will get your body moving and push you to be the best version of yourself.

Get ready for a whole-person experience. This full-body workout balances strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Designed for every fitness level, the barre3 approach helps you build strength, restore balance, and increase energy – all while decreasing stress and embracing the joy of movement.

Barre Groove

Here’s something you won’t see everywhere! This signature hybrid bounce-and-barre class builds on the principles from traditional barre classes, adding low-impact bouncing exercises on mini trampolines that tone and target muscles. Alanna Perry brings the energy with this creative class that is sure to brighten up your day.

The Handle Bar

Are you ready to MOVE? The instructors at The Handle Bar bring their best, combining high intensity plyometric movements with slow-burning kettlebell strength work. The result is a 45-minute, total-body workout that will have you craving a cocktail from the Time Out Market bar or a refreshing summertime beer at Trillium.

The Coastal Method

Open: Select Thursdays, 6-6:50pm

Sarah White from The Coastal Method guides attendees through a 50 minute Yoga Sculpt, designed to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass. Moving to upbeat tracks, you’ll combine free weights or body weight with cardio and sequencing that intensifies each pose. Push to complete the added strength-training moves and you’ll be glad you showed up for yourself.
