Puppies in the Park
Looking for the ultimate mid-day stress reliever? Head to Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Stoneman Centennial Park, located at 15 Francis Street, on October 15th from 12 – 2p.m. for playtime with puppies! As part of the Longwood Collective’s popular Outside// placemaking program, employees, patients, students, and visitors can enjoy a free outdoor dog-petting event featuring friendly, adoptable pups from Shultz’s Guest House, a nonprofit dog rescue based in Dedham. This will be our last Puppies in the Park of the summer in Longwood, with each event drawing over 100 visitors for plenty of wags, cuddles, and kisses. The Outside// program brings surprise and delight to the district with food trucks, live music, game carts, outdoor art, and more—and Puppies in the Park may be its most joyful tradition yet. Come meet some four-legged friends, take a well-deserved break, and maybe even find your new best friend. Check out @longwoodarea on Instagram for more information!
