Izzie Bannister is a 4th Semester Songwriting Major at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Hailing from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Izzie is a versatile songwriter, artist, and producer with a passion for R&B, Pop, and Neo-Soul. She draws inspiration from iconic artists like Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse, Solange, and Faye Webster, creating music that spans across genres. At just 20 years old, Izzie writes for and collaborates with a variety of artists. She also serves as the Co-Head of the Songwriting Department at PHANTOM Production House. Currently, she is working on writing and recording her debut album, partnering with her band and other musicians from within and outside the Berklee community. Izzie aspires to become a professional freelance songwriter-producer and staff writer while continuing to develop her solo career as an artist.
