Line Cooks and Lab Coats: A Craft Cocktail Lesson with Chew

When we last checked in with Chew we were at Bostonian Barber Shop talking with Chef Thiago's about his favorite Boston dishes. This time we went to meet them at their amazing new food lab in The Fenway (1255 Boylston Street), and it was a testament to the versatility of the commercial spaces available in the neighborhood.

In their hybrid laboratory/kitchen, Chew's chefs and scientists work side by side to "reimagine the foods that people love."
